It can help address a wide range of issues, from anxiety and depression to trauma, relationship strain, and grief, supporting individuals and families in navigating the transition to parenthood in a healthy and balanced way. As a perinatal and infant and early childhood mental health therapist, we provide a safe, non-judgmental space where parents can receive the tools, support, and care they need to heal and thrive during this special and vulnerable period.

Transracial Adoption Support Group
Transracial adoption is a unique experience where both young children and their caregivers navigate the intersection of race, ethnicity, culture, and family.
This 4-week group offers education and support for caregivers raising children in multiracial adoptive families.
This community learning space is designed to discuss the important implications for how adoptive parents can support their young children develop healthy racial identities. This workshop is specifically designed for caregivers of children ages 0-8.

With increased stressors in the home, it can be hard to feel we're getting it right with our little one. If you're struggling with challenging behaviors, emotional outbursts or confusing signals from your little one under 5, we have a space for you.
These parent groups are based on attachment research to support the parent-child relationship. In community with other caregivers, gain the support you need to understand your child's emotional cues and strengthen your relationship with your child.
